We’re really excited to announce that our new and refreshed Care Home Finder website is now live. The updated site includes changes to navigation and layout, targeting the information and support that is so important to you. We’ve also improved the structure of our content, so you’ll find it even easier to find the information you need.

Right from the beginning of the project, one of the key objectives was to inform visitors to our site about all the ways we can now help our clients.

Our solution was to simplify and focus on the two main issues people encounter when dealing with care. The first, helping you to find the right care as soon as you need it, and the second, helping you assess the suitability and effectiveness of existing care arrangements.

We have also included a whole series of articles on our blog page, which will help you gain a better understanding of all the processes involved. All the other resources are still available, and only a single click away.
